1. The acceptance deadline for extended abstracts, at least 3-5 pages including references, in Russian or English is April 30th, 2009.
2. The deadline for applications for organization of relevant workshops is April 1st, 2009.
3. Authors of papers will be notified on the status (accepted / rejected) before June 15th, 2009.
4. The deadline for submission of the full text of accepted papers ready for publication in the Conference Proceedings is July 5th, 2009.
5. Participant registration is open until September 1st, 2009.
